Trends in College Pricing
Summary:
The College Board surveys institutions for information on tuition and fees, with a very high response rate. While institution-level information is not available, state and sec tor averages are published each fall, weighted by institutions’ enrollment, making this one of the more timely and rigorous resources for benchmarking pricing data. There are extensive historical and comparative tables in a public Excel workbook available on the site. Each fall’s survey contains data for the current year, so the fall 2017report will have pricing data for the 2017-18 academic year.
