Initial Evaluation of Indiana Financial Aid Reforms Finds Positive Effect of Incentives to Complete 30 Credit Hours

The Indiana Commission for Higher Education hired Postsecondary Analytics to evaluate the effect of reforms to the state’s primary financial aid programs.
